How to Apply for Sept 2021
Applications for courses starting in September 2021 are now open
All applications are to be completed using the application form below and emailed to the Mrs Jackie Hall - Sixth Form (hallj@elizabethan.notts.sch.uk)
Once you have completed your application a member of the Sixth Form Team will review your application and get in touch.
What subjects do you offer?
Whether you are intending to go onto University, undertake an Apprenticeship or planning to venture into Employment we offer a range of facilitating Level 3 courses.
The subjects in the table below are for students intending on enrolling in September 2021 and are an indication of the subjects we intend to offer (*subject to student numbers).
A Level courses:
(Grade 6 or above) in chosen GCSE subject - grade 5 + in English Language and maths

How do I apply?
If you would like to study with us please complete the application form at the bottom of this page and email it back to us before the application deadline date at the following email address hallj@elizabethan.notts.sch.uk.
You can also find out more about our courses by looking through the course directory for 2021/22 which gives details about the structure of each course and the content covered over the two years.
When should I apply?
The first round of applications for September 2021 are now open. We recommend you apply to the sixth form as soon as possible to secure your place. If you have not yet secured a place for 2021 or wish to change and study with us please get in touch.
What are the entry requirements?
The entry requirements for all subjects are listed in the Course Directory
What if I am undecided?
Please don't worry if you are still a little unsure about your course choice. The courses you put on your application are just a starting point and we are aware you may want to make some changes when you do finally enrol with us. This is perfectly normal and as long as you meet the entry requirements of the course you eventually choose we can enrol you.
